By registering for this event, you are representing that you and your guest are each covered by one of the following statements:

• I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a U.S. CDC vaccine certificate.
• I have a recovery certificate showing I have recovered from COVID-19 and hold proof of a positive PCR test result taken 11-180 days prior to this event and no longer need to isolate
