Kim Ringler, Esq., our own ethics guru, will be the speaker at the next SWAG meeting on November 8, 2021 at 12:30 pm via Zoom. Kim just obtained a wonderful outcome for her client in In Re Lucid. Her presentation is entitled, “Elucidating Lucid, Lessons Learned.” She will summarize the recent case where the OAE sought disbarment but the Court censured her client, instead. She will also discuss the need to avoid being the target of charges with respect to trust accounts.
