Daniele Cervino of Beattie Padovano will provide a presentation on circumstances leading to the listing of the Hackensack River on the federal Superfund National Priorities List. Daniele will outline the significance of this listing as it relates to opportunities for Bergen county attorneys, impacts to businesses, municipalities and residents along the River as well as its impact on us personally. She will present on the methods and status of the USEPA identification of potentially responsible parties and the remedial design and cost recovery issues presented by the listing of the River
